This project, which specific location we cannot disclose for security purposes, was undertaken under a Tier Two builder. We were contracted to the cladding package initially. This ModSec cladding was a 1200mm x 2400mm ply sheet, with a 2mm steel face. We installed these to the walls and ceilings throughout the refurbished prison wings, with over 1200 sheets being installed throughout the prison. Whilst undertaking these works, we were also engaged to do several other tasks including the cell doors. These solid steel prison doors are extremely heavy, and the hardware fit off is quite detailed. This was an amazing project to be involved in.
