At our core Jaycon Building Group are carpenters, undertaking the carpentry component of projects with our dedicated team of professionals. In the carpentry packages we provide there are really no limits to what we can achieve. Whether its supply and install or labour only, we are there to work towards the common goal of project completion and a superior result. 
 
Our real passion lies in commercial construction and fit outs. We have worked on some amazing sites over the last few years, from heritage buildings to prisons, schools, hospitals, and universities. These projects are where our drive to really deliver a complete space shines. We love to be on board for as much of the project duration as possible. Beginning with demolition, through the carpentry stages, to the finishing touches, we aim to be as close to an end-to-end contractor as possible. 

 

Residential construction is an area we have a real wealth of experience. Having completed various stages on hundreds of homes over the years, we specialise in framing, trusses, lock up and fix as well as timber and composite decks. We operate in the high-end residential sector regularly and have a real passion for delivering beautiful living spaces. 
 
Another service we offer is site-based project management. With carpentry often being the largest part of a project, and with Jaycon Building Group offering carpentry, aluminium and plastering within our fit out packages, many of our builders have opted to use us to coordinate their site, rather than dedicate a full time site manager from their own company. This frees up builder resources to other sites, allowing a project manager to coordinate things with us periodically, while we take care of all trades and timelines with a dedicated team member from start to finish.
