Rippon Lea Estate was a fantastic project to be involved in. The last 19th Century fernery in the Southern Hemisphere, this heritage listed site had some interesting and challenging components. The entire facade was carefully removed, to be restored with sanding and painting, ready for reinstatement. The old rotted posts were removed and replaced with new 10m posts. New structural timber framing was completed before we reinstated the facade cladding to perfectly match the original set out.
